>> that's great. >>6:30. good morning. how about our visit yesterday. i was hanging out with the students, the fourth grade class of mrs. crowe at the lisby elementary school hillsdale in aberdeen. we did great experiments demonstrating how air molecules move when you warm them up. a little hand boiler there. good group of kids. thank you to the principal and everybody else involved at the elementary school in hillsdale in aberdeen. one more shout. to the lunch ladies who will be cooking up nacho grandees anemometer. we were doing a wind demonstration as well. good stuff yesterday. we had a demonstration yesterday. it's going to cool cown and slow down a little bit, 15 mile-per-hour push this morning. look at the clouds trying to race back in. we'll call it mostly sunny to partly sunny this morning. then look for the skies to increase with the clouds this afternoon. we should still get up to 71 degrees and we'll stay dry.

after that run-in with the city police department at harborplace in september. fein agent says the iraqi war vet died in his hometown of port orchard, washington. >> tony fein was a reallyood ammate. i think what he did in iraq, and we talked about this before when he went through what he went through this summer, we found out just a couple of days ago he would be vindicated on that. it speaks back to his character again. he's a tremendous amecan, a tremendous young man, a raven to us, always will be. >> my prayers and i know the team's prayers go to his family. we enjoyed him while he was here. it's just one of those unfortunate situations where, you know, it makes you think and realize and cherish the time that you have. >> the exact cause of death remains under investigation but we spoke to fein's baltimore attorney warren brown who says he was told his death was an apparent suicide. however, media outlets in fein's hometown of olney reported there's no official

cause of death. an update on a story we first told you in august. a baltimore man is behind bars accused in the murder of an owings mills man. 30-year-old gerald sears is charged with first degree murder in the death of 51-year-old scott greenberg. greenberg's ex-wife found him dead in his parent's home back on august 22nd. sears is also facing armed robbery and weapons charges but police aren't saying what the motive may have been for killing greenberg. a developing story. the fbi busts what is being called the largest e-mail phisting scam in u.s. history. if you're a bank of america or wells fargo customer you may have been targeted. thousands of customers were told to update their information within three days or their accounts would be frozen. the e-mails were fake. they were actually from egypt. using accomplices in three different states. authorities say the crooks have ripped off millions of dollars and experts remind you virtually all banks say they will never contact you about

your cat by e-mail -- account by e-mail. if you've been a ravens or orioles fan you know this, baltimore is officially one of the best sports cities in north america. sporting news ranked charm city number 28 on the list climbing 15 spots from last year. the jump is fueled in part by the ravens run to the afc championship game last season. baltimore is not the only town in maryland to make the list. college park took number 64. towson nabbed 204 on the list. if you're wondering, pittsburgh, home of the stanley cup champs, super bowl champs, yeah, yeah, number one spot. silence. crickets. >> i'm not saying a word about it. you remember that e-mail from the pittsburgh fan? oh, my goodness. i have it framed on my desk. they are not your ordinary eerleaders. >> what message they want you

>> if you teach the kitty to go on the potty don't you think the kitty would want privacy too? taking photos. something's wrong with that. 48 this morning. temperatures close to normal today. and the winds settling down quite a bit from the gusts between 40 and 50 miles per hour yesterday. skies cleared out overnight but watch this next band of clouds trying to sneak their way in across virginia and west virginia and they may try to sneak in during the morning hours. it's a sign of fast upper level winds. this system will come in here with the threat of showers and shifting our winds actually pumping in warmer temperatures. as you can see the clouds already racing in here. we're expecting that to arrive this afternoon and as we've been watching over the last few weather systems they come in much faster than expected so today, we're going to call it partly cloudy in downtown baltimore, aiming for 71. i do believe we go mostly cloudy in some spots and most likely westminster 79. 70 in parkton. we hoped to hold on to the sunshine a little longer but i think sunshine gives way to increasing clouds. aberdeen, our buddies out

there, 72 degrees and tonight look for the chance of maybe some showers arriving after midnight towards morning with temperatures in the mid-50s. let's check the roads with kim brown. >> thank you. we have our usual backup on the west side of the outer loop. this stretches at about liberty road, starts to back up about 795. all the way through to the route 70 interchange. just give yourself extra time if you're headed to the outer loop this morning. still working a crash out of finksburg, that is westminster pike at glens falls road, that crash still blocking the center turning lane causing jamming from carroll county. and southbound 95 approaching the fort mchenry tunnel, that disabled vehicle still on scene causing slowing there. upperco, route 30 atlies mill road, that -- -- lees mill road that crash still on the scene. a man in jail accused of sexual abuse. >> sherrie johnson has more on what is bothering authorities after a cable repairman uncovered the man's computer. >> reporter: william davis is behind bars accused of child

sex abuse. now baltimore county police want to know if there are more victims out there. davis was arrested on tuesday after a tv repairman find child porn on his laptop computer. he's charged with sexually abusing a child and possession of child pornography. he told police he molested a little girl for several years. he knew her from rosedale community evangelical congressional church and davis's neighbors were shocked by the news. >> he was a nice guy. i mean, would have never known he was that type of person. >> for somebody that -- i don't know, i don't know what to say. it's unbelievable. >> reporter: police are asking any other potential victims to come forward and call the crimes against children unit at 410-853-3650. live in the studio, sherrie johnson, abc2 news. it may tickle but it's better than getting the h1n1 virus. >> ready?

here we go. there's one. and -- is that bad? nah. >> we all want to get it now, huh? with the arrival of more than 2,000 doses baltimore county began vaccinating children living in homeless shelters. officials from the department of health vaccinated others in the she hadders. abc2 spoke to one of the first in the county to receive the flumist. >> i see a lot of people are affected with the flu now, like whole households, whole establishments, whole schools. i'm very happy to be getting it. >> the baltimore county department of health is also planning to vaccinate children who attend county head start programs as well as their siblings. that is expected to start early next week. several counties including baltimore county will soon start up h1n1 clinics but if you're not in the high-risk category you'll have to wait. health officials say it's not as simple as first come/first

flu send an e-mail, on the screen, newsroom@wmar.com. to an update -- baltimore county investigators say the traffic light at the intersection where a "baltimore sun" editor was killed, the traffic light was working at the time of the crash. it happened at the intersection of corbitt road and york road in hereford. police think one of the two drivers ran a red light. wheatley was business editor at the sun and died at the scene. his daughter is still at johns hopkins children's center. you can't forget this story at hopkins about a student who killed an intruder using a samurai sword. >> a classmate at hopkins referenced that in his run for class president. it's causing a bit of controversy this morning. let's send it out to linda so, she's live with reaction. >> reporter: it depends on who you ask. some say it was a clever way to get peoples' attention.

others think it was in bad taste. the poster we're talking about references the incident last month where a hopkins student used a samurai sword to allegedly kill an intruder. the poster says "nine out of 10 hopkins samurai are voting wyatt larkin for president." larkin is a freshman here. won the election this past weekend by just 15 votes. he says he focused on meeting as many of his fellow students as possible and not on the poster and that's what helped him clinch the victory. but he's offering an apology. >> it was a joke. it was a joke. i tried to keep it as -- i knew there was some controversy to it but i was not trying to offend or shock. if i did i'm sorry. >> reporter: a hopkins spokesman declined to comment on the issue but the sga president says he bheefs the poster was inappropriate but thinks larkin had the right to display it. live in north baltimore, linda so, abc2 news. time now 6:51. remember the father of former vice presidential candidate

sarah palin's grandson? the 19-year-old will pose in "playgirl." a formal agreement with the on-line magazine hasn't been reached yet but johnston's attorney says the photo shoot is a foregone conclusion. bristol palin is the -- bristol palin's baby's father says he's working out six nights a week with a body builder to get in shape for the suit. the pictures are expected to be out today by the end of the year. palin has not commented about the photo spread. he died 160 years ago but this morning dozens gathered at his grave site for an all night vigil. the gravesite of edgar allan poe. fewer than 10 people attended his funeral back in october of 1849 because his cousin never announced the writer's death. people from all over the world were on hand this morning keeping watch at his grave. >> respite, respite and repent
